We are looking to recruit Crew Leaders/Supervisors who are energetic, hard-working, and effective communicators. The crew leader/Supervisor will also need to possess the necessary leadership skills to motivate and lead the crew, as well as maintain a high level of discipline and respect. Painting experience, minor carpentry, and previous leadership experience are preferred. Must be comfortable working on ladders with heights up to 40 feet or more. We support our troops with employment.

$28 to $35 an hour depending on the level of experience, loyalty, ambition, and skill.

Crew Leaders Responsibilities

• Know and implement the Company Procedures
• Supervise crews and ensure that each individual's work is completed correctly, safely, and in a timely manner
• Ensuring that team members have the technical skills and training necessary to complete their assignments
• Oversee cost-effectiveness and proper clean-up and disposal of materials.
• Assign tasks to workers and communicate with suppliers and customers.
• Oversee Quality Control
• Report to company founder regularly

We are also interested in recruiting experienced Professional Painters who prefer to work in a structured environment and can follow company procedures and directives. The ability to provide and maintain excellent quality work inside as well as outside of residential homes and commercial facilities is a must. Must be comfortable working at heights on ladders up to 38 feet or more.

$20 to $27 an hour depending on experience, skill level, professionalism, and dedication.

Professional Painters Responsibilities

• Have current Valid drivers license and transportation
• Learn and Implement the Company Procedures
• Present and maintain a professional demeanor
• Have excellent communication skills
• Cooperate and problem solve with coworkers
• Be reliable and Respectful

We are seeking painter/laborer apprentices who are energetic, hard-working, and loyal. Painting experience and minor carpentry is a plus but not necessary as training will be provided for all apprentices. Must be comfortable working at heights on ladders up to 25 feet.

$15 to $19 an hour depending on the level of ambition and dedication.

Painters/laborers Responsibilities

• Follow supervisor's instructions
• Learn and follow the company procedures
• Complete assigned work correctly, safely, and in a timely manner
• Understand proper preparation, setup, and clean-up.
• Communicate and work effectively and respectfully with coworkers
• Provide quality work with a sense of pride
• Act professionally at all times
